Discovery and future services

Submitting a Discovery request starts a conversation. Discovery is free and does not, by itself, create a paid engagement, software license or obligation to purchase. Any Decision Proof or Decision Engine License requires agreement on the relevant scope and commercial terms.

References to a first recommendation within 72 hours of validated data describe the intended engagement process. The period begins after the required data has been received and validated for the agreed decision, not when a website inquiry is submitted. Scope, prerequisites, delivery obligations and any service commitments are established in the applicable engagement agreement.

A website description or demonstration is not a substitute for a signed agreement. If a separate agreement applies to services you receive, that agreement governs those services.

Information you submit

Please provide accurate contact details and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s confidential information, credentials or sensitive records through the public form.

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You authorize Hyve to receive and use it to respond to your inquiry and evaluate the proposed engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy. An initial form submission does not create a confidentiality agreement. Arrange any necessary confidentiality and data-handling terms before sharing protected project materials.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may view this website and use it for lawful business evaluation and contact with Hyve. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person or use the website in a way that infringes others’ rights.
